Some of the toddler clothes have adjustable waists, others just have elastic. Not sure how to handle pants sliding down as the little guy runs around more and loses the baby belly. I'm going to try out the Myself Belts and hope for the best. I found quite a bit written up about them and a few coupon codes online:

The belts we got were adorable and seem to work as promised. So far, we're happy. I did manage to find a discount code after Google Searching it, too.
